3 high silvers needed for flex

So me and my roommate have been stuck in high silver for 2 years now and next season want to climb in flex 💪🏿. We both main top and mid but I also main jungle. All we really need is a solid ADC to win games seems like every loss we have is due to feeding bot lanes. I main Swain,Velkoz,Skarner but I can play almost any champ well but I lean more towards tanks or bruisers. My roommate mains Trynadamere, Pantheon, Annie his champ pool is a little smaller then mine. If you are interested please be silver 3 or higher you don't have to be an adc main any help would be appreciated no matter your role.
