Jarvan moving while snared.
Why is Jarvan allowed to use his E+Q combo while snared but Lee Sin isn't allowed to shield himself using W? This is incredibly unfair, especially since Jarvan can literally move when snared.

It's either because he's not allowed to, and so long as his Q begins it's animation before the CC lands he can still move, or because his Q has a non-movement component and just so happens to move him if he hits his E.
I suspect it's the former though, and that unfortunately is the way it is for many champions. Snares do not interrupt movement abilities, only displacements do.
