Nasus hasn't received a nerf since 5.22
Ever since then he's been getting pretty large buffs, and the nerf that he got during patch 5.22, was literally converting mana regen into base mana to help him early game.

Okay? That nerf was a secret buff, so he hasn't been nerfed for even longer? Not sure what point you're trying to make here, because he has needed buffs since then and has mostly been useless up until preseason 8.
Ok, so you're saying that a TANK that can stack INFINITE DAMAGE (tanks, damage? should those even be combined? Wow, of course fucking not) and he can also INFINITELY SUSTAIN IN LANE while having a 80% attackspeed/movespeed slow that has a COOLDOWN AS LONG AS THE DURATION, meanwhile letting him shred percentage armor which makes it way easier for him to kill tanks is fine where he's at, and in fact needs buffs? What? How the fuck does that make any sense, a Nasus could have below average stacks and still fucking one shot you, and you can't even escape. Also, I've played since season 4 and have tried out Nasus many times, HE'S NEVER BEEN USELESS LMAO, you have no clue what you're talking about.
Nasus feels AWFUL to play if your team has 20 deaths in 15 minutes. Especially when you are hard countered in lane and you have to spend all of your mental fortitude to not die under turret.
You make it 15 minutes without dying! WOOO!!! Despite all of the enemy ganks and you making sure to keep the enemy top laner in lane with you, YOU DID IT! WOOOO!!! Then you look up at the score board... Your team is losing 22-4 and you have lost 4 turrets while the enemy team still has all of theirs.......................................................... Feeeeeeeeeeeels reeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaal bad.
The only thing op about nasus is his W, nothing else. He is working as intended.
High mobility champs are easy against Nasus? LMFAO you definitely do not play this game at all, I fucking main Lee Sin, Nasus slows me? I fucking kick him away, ward jump away, and if I can, Q to a minion or jungle camp, HE STILL CATCHES UP AND SLOWS ME AGAIN, don't bring me any of this bullshit of him "working intentionally' because A TANK WHO CAN STACK INFINITE DAMAGE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, Riot and the entire League community literally cried about the tank meta that's been lasting since season 5, and what Riot does to fix it? THEY BUFF MORDEKAISER, GAREN, SKARNER, AND DARIUS. I'm just done arguing about this, obviously none of you understand what I'm saying.
