Why am I not unbanned yet.
Assuming Riot runs on CT time, I should be unbanned by now, so why am I not.

Riot runs on Pacific Time, the location of their headquarters in LAX. Assuming "CT" refers to Central Time in North America, add 2 hours to the Pacific Time referenced in the ban message to get your unban time.

They run on PDT. which means you have to wait 2 more hours
Did the Suspension card come with unban date and time?
I seriously don’t know if they do or don’t.
Mostly want to know for the precise time stamp.
