Put lb silence back to her.
Higuys ,right now lb is going to be nerfed again , main problem of her, isnt her damage, is the fact that she cannot stand the 1'5s the pasive needs to work, i though to buff her damage at the beginning , but this just ll make her broken again so i though we could give her some utility.
Put on w a silence of 1s sp lb can endure that time (she ll be still weak vs AD , but she ll be a nice pick vs mages, like kassadin), and at the same time it ll bring back her w as something else than a repositionationn skill.
