Are immobile ADC's unviable in the current meta?
Jinx, MF, Ashe, Varus, Sivir (arguably), etc. Discuss.

are okay imo, though Ashe could use a passive change.

is strong, but suffers from a few issues that hold him back.
No, it's just they need an appropriate super niche which some of them don't have (or the niche they do have isn't strong enough).
is proof of this.
I don't know... I've got a theory that overly-mobile champions have the perfect package in the hands of a decent player. High mobility not only lets you engage, but lets you get out/avoid danger just as easy.
If you think about it, it's the perfect mitigation. Why spent thousands of gold on tanky items to take less damge when you can simply jump away and take no damage at all?
This allows them to focus entirely on damage items, and still maintain their high mitigation (damage avoidance) with far less risk than the others.
I swear, it got to the point all last season that if a pro game had Lucian, Tristana or Corki, I just skipped past it. These champions weren't always more powerful (on a damage output scale) than other ADCs, but they simply had the ability to deny enemy kills.
The newest ADC basicly has a dash as her AUTOATTACK, what does this tell you?
Somewhat, but this doesn't apply to Jinx. Despite being immobile, Jinx is a really strong pick right now because of her siege power and ability to snowball hard both of which are extremely relevant this season. Jinx can take towers or even dragons really quickly and then get away before the enemy can respond thanks to her passive. She doesn't fall off at really any moments of the game and since the meta has shifted away from lategame heavy comps (less Trist and Kog) Jinx is in a really good spot especially after the Lucian nerfs.
