Thoughts On Stormraiders being a minor rune?

Brain Errör 404··4 votes·183 views

I love stormraiders, however I believe a lot of damage is given up for the use of it. I don't want the keystone itself to just be taken out, but having it as a minor rune I feel would be amazing. What do you guys think? Actually having that choice to use storms without giving up too much damage would be nice.

Also, with the rune changes, I feel like summoners should get an overhaul next.

In my opinion thats a great idea, though i think it's power would need a small reduction

I'm fine with it taking a bit of a hit. I just don't want to see the keystone scrapped altogether as I actually like it on some of my champion choices.

I know the feels... It really helps champions like Nasus and Darius with sticking to their target and/or not getting kited as easily.
