Just wondering everyone's personal opinions. My personal problem with kled is: I cannot choose when my w is activated - having to use the cd on minions because i'm about to miss cs is not worth the initial 14s cd.

Uh, that's because that's completely part of his kit and entirely intentional. That's how kled is. He's unpredictable and that's why his W is like that.
I find it hilarious that you think a champion that has barely been out needs an entire rework because of something you can't control. Get over yourself.
ok maybe he needs a rework or a just a slight nerf making SCARLLLLLLLLL making him a shield and blocking all the damgae from lux ult because its LIKE A SHIELD SO YEH HE NEEDS A NERF (i am a kled main Its fun C:)
