Runic Affinity
Buffs last 15% longer, but no smite buffs, so it only applies to red and blue? Could junglers have something else that runic affinity does?

15% longer on blue and red not viable enough for 1 mastery point?
it also affects elder dragon, rift herald and baron buffs too.
