As i see alot of post on the boards about item 3075 , i think it's time to try find a solid solution for this item to make is more valuable and effective.

We all know item 3075 is kinda weak right now... it was already average at is niche job since lifesteal counter thornmail pretty much, but got nerfed even more recently by halving base damage it was dealing. Price got bumped too, making it more long to buy.

Currently, Thormail Reflects 15% of the physical damage taken (+ 25% bonus armor) from basic attacks and on-hit effects back to its source as magic damage (Calculated before any resistances or reductions are taken into account).

First, I think it should be 25% of total armor, giving a little more power to the items and include a new passive to amp up thornmail niche versus Basic attack damage dealer.

Then also a new passive : Warden's Curse (Or whatever the name) Being attacked by a champions' basic attack also apply 1 stack of Warden's Curse to the opponent. When at 3 stack, Warden's Curse procs, giving Grievious wounds to the target for 5 seconds

This new passive would help tank fight Marskman more easily like this items is supposed to do and since it would require 3 stack to proc it would offer some counterplay for kiting and would let people still attack tank in teamfight without accidentaly proc grievious wounds.

item 3075 keep is nice niche of keeping away ADC while not being overpowered in what he do.

It'd be better to increase the thornmail armor ratio to 35% bonus armor up from 25% as total armor makes it incredibly stronger earlier in the game.

It was nerfed for many reasons with bruisers/fighters building it mid/late but if you increase the bonus armor ratio it doesn't change them as much since they don't get so many defensive items. It will help dedicated tanks who build 5-6 defensive items much better however.

id rather just see increased cost + armor, with an extra chain vest in the mix. and maybe an extra 5% reflects damage.

Just remove it and make a better armor item. Thornmail is bad design regardless of its strength.
