So cool story, her E applies spell effects as an instant AoE. 40% Permaslow in an aoe bitches. Throw in Runaan's and you can kite entire teams.

I wouldn't get Rylai's on her because she scales far better with AS items, and there some ridiculous on-hit synergy in the game atm. I would probably rush these items as core: item 3115 item 3006 item 3085 item 3124 (not necessarily in that order mind you). At that juncture there's lots of options as to how to finish your build based on how your game is going. You have high AS, so if they aren't stacking armor, item 3031 is good for DPS, so is item 3146 whether or not they have armor. You can itemize to counter health stacking with item 3153 , and item 3091 is nice for MR and more on-hit magic damage. item 3026 is never a bad idea for 5th or 6th item as well. Lot's of options to finish your build from that core
