Yeah Riot... I see why you would think this new rune is a good idea. Top laners need help and all, but once again you fail to see the big picture. Disable it for adc and we might be good. thanks.
should NOT be able to have this. Who wants a doing true damage to someone? What is the point of even building tank anymore?
ADCs literally have less than 50% uptime with this rune.

The new rune is pretty strong on champions who can take control of the lane early on.
Renekton does a lot of damage with it, especially with his W since it has a huge AD ratio attached to it.

Draven can't refresh it though so it's not really that good. Stop bitching about things that aren't a problem.
