Does anyone actually believe these tower buffs on the PBE are going to make much of a difference. Riot took an absurdly long time in fixing this issue and making towers actually useful again but I am still worried that tower dive champs will be rewarded too much, especially on inhibitor turrets that are less powerful then outer towers anyway, the beams do next to know damage on tanks.
By the time you are at inhib tower, the towers are no longer supposed to be protecting you, you are supposed to be protecting them. Tower diving is a good and healthy part of the game - it's just currently easier than intended to do so at the outer towers early on, hence the changes.
PS: You're supposed to defend inhibs with waveclear and poke and the threat of picking someone off with the vision advantage over the wall, not just stand around and get initiated on and talk about how the tower should be killing them for you faster.
