Remove Blind Pick mode, replace it with mastery 5 and above mode

I am sick and tired of noobs saying " its not ranked, who cares if Im not trying or if I try ADC Lulu or full AP Zyra support with doesnt ward just to get the champ she want next game and throw it.

With a mode where only people who have mastery 5 and above on champions, at least we wont have people who try a champion for the first time EVER in PVP when it should be done in bot games or in training bots.

Blind pick is not reflective of to play the game too, where you can counter with a champion perfect top lane agaisnt. I dont wanna see someone pick Galio if he is facing a Zed. It also doesnt help that some people dont accept the lane they are in and just trol if they dont get their way. At least in draft pick, their is more rules and more help against trolling in the awesome champ select ways they do thing.

Having a mode where you have to be at least Mastery 5 on that champ to use it in PVP mean you have more chance to know what you doing too.
