since it was norms I got to 1v1 the ornn for fun, the fight lasted 15 seconds and I brought him down to 40%.

A champion like Urgot, building Pen- Defensive vs an hp/armor stacking tank, can bring him low enough to be executed before death.

Especially when you consider the Ornn could deal 40% HP combos in lane through my shield.

Tanks are still broken, not the other way around. There's no reason champions like that can eat combo after combo in lane and still win trades, and even 1v1 tank buster building champions at the 25 min mark.
