Is URF (not all random) is URF just once or twice a year event? :)

Non random URF hasn't been on since 2015 IIRC it was just the random mode after that and I doubt they'll bring back regular URF so you can select your champs. Pretty sure some Rioter is super salty about getting rekt in the mode with the way they treat it lol
