Earn Medieval Twitch/ Grey Warwick through mastery?

Suggested this before and I thought it was time to suggest it again. Why not tie these skins availability to a certain champion mastery milestone? For instance: earn 500k mastery on Twitch or Warwick and these skins are either unlocked for you or alternatively made available for purchase.
While some may think this would devalue these skins for the current owners, I think otherwise and furthermore think it would be a great way of rewarding dedicated mains of these champions. Exclusivity would remain intact due to the large number of games required to reach this milestone and original owners even have an extra border added via the splash update (at least for Twitch).
From my experience, a win will usually result in a little over 1k mastery points; with a loss resulting in far less. So that's probably around 500 games on either champ to get the 500k. And that's just wins; any losses in there would increase those 500 games by quite a few. Considering one of the more common ways of obtaining these skins towards the end of their lifestyle was grinding multiple alternate accounts, this is a more fitting replacement then you might first think.
Lets bring back these previously earned skins.
