Riot stacks games to force the numbers to match what they predict.

If you see one player on your team in Promos but they are NOT a Smurf stomp then chances are the game is a loss.

But if you See TWO of your team in Promos its near 100% a win for you.

Riot and most devs don't advertise it but high uncertainty games are oftentimes garbage. On paper probability when its inaccurate is not quality.

That said people still have to play games to generate data. Your never going to be screwed by it due to distribution laws. You can learn a lot about MMR theory in this article if you want to see details that Riot is unlikely to ever share.

Its kind of like Statistics, The dirty secrets is the modals are never 100% correct.
