Im starting to think that this thing is a little too strong, every game i have taken it on a champion i have not run out of mana. Maybe its just on specific champions but spamming spells as mf botlane and never running out of mana before your first back seems pretty powerfull to me.

AmetDeCrypt1 voteswell it's basically a combo kassadin w (which is bullshit on its own) with a lissandra passive (which is nice but not always necessary) so yeah, it's gonna be good for mana.
