Something to reduce amount of dodging in New Champ Select.

Personally I'm in love with this new champ select, it's visually appealing and the champ quotes for each player is my favorite part of it. I only have one issue, the amount of people dodging is almost unbearable []. I understand some people didn't get their primary role, but I keep seeing players not selecting their bans or don't lock in their champion, which then turns into another 5 to 10 minute wait to get into a lobby just to have it happen 2 more times before we can actually play in draft. I personally think a good way to help prevent or at least make a small difference is to make it like in blind pick where if you hover over a champ and the countdown hits 0 it locks in the champion that they have on screen. And for the bans perhaps if the player that doesn't choose a ban by the end of the timer, give it the the player above or something (This isn't as annoying as its only the beginning of the matchmaking, so its not as long as a wait). I'm sure Riot has a lot on their pate, but the amount of dodging really takes away from the new champ select experience for me and many of my friends.
