You know what is worse than having an afk in a ranked game?
Having your client stuck at "Game still in Progress" after you accept your defeat so you can't report them.

As long as one person reports a player for their behavior the system will check. Also, AFK detection works independently of reports, so he will be penalized even if noone reports it.
