Current ranked system of league is trash.

Yes, positional ranks is also trash. However, I'm actually not talking about that in this post. What is trash about the current state of ranked in fact (from what I've noticed) is not riots fault ... well it CAN be solved by riot but it's not their fault. What is so garbage about the current state of ranks is the massive amount of smurfs in ranked. Players can't climb and test their own skills because nearly if not all games iron-gold+ have smurfs in them. Why would anyone bother even trying to climb in ranked is really beyond me at this point you just sit their and don't move or your get demoted when in reality you actually are better than you current rank you just can't climb because the matchmaking has smurfs which unbalance the teams dramatically. Every year it gets worse and worse because the longer the game is out the more accounts people could have leveled. Riot honestly should restrict players to one account (verified by IP address) This would probably make ranked a lot better than it's current state. I'm sure there are more ways to cleanse the ranked system but this is just my opinion. Feel free to add comments or other suggestions.
