(Client) Was unable to select champion during champ select.

After loading into champ select and after banning a champion. I was first pick but there were no champions available for me to select. I do not know how to replicate this but it has happened multiple times. The only time I was unable to select was when I was first pick. The other times the champions where unavailable until it was my turn to pick (not being first pick).

Edit: Just happened again also worth mentioning that I was unable to select my champion that I wanted to play before the ban phase.
