Possible varus mini rework

So recently I heard varus is getting a rework. And I want to make this post to wish and say what I like/dislike about varus. First thing to say is that I I've play much varus, but I have played enough to say that he is a good/fun champion. I like the idea of a AD Mage sent bot lane. The only marksmen that come come close to is Jhin. The only I hate varus is his passive and W mostly because I don't understand them. If I want more attack seed from killing enemies why not play jinx? So I like how he has untidy in his kite. A full team bind ult, poke, and slow. So hey are my ideas on what to do with his mini rework.

Passive- every other auto attack does +12% of AD. -so first auto normal second auto +12% AD third auto normal Easy and simple and can build full AD to with his or a normal build path for a marksmen

W- it's a passive ability like now but after his first auto attack he gains attack seed to that one target. So after he attacks one enemy his attack seed is normal but every other attack after that gains more attack seed attacking that target. Like I don't know 25/30/35/40/45% bous attack seed.

E- this something doesn't need to be change I just think it would be cool to have it on him. So this ability has flat damage on it, so it does no scale. But the slow scales with his AD. The scaling would be +25%/26%/27%/28%/30% of AD. I think this would be so much cooler and add something different to the game. And it would help with landing his E Q combo.

So yeah this is my idea of a varus rework tell me what you think.
