Problems with rank

Here is the problems with rank when I play with my friends. 1. One or more people not speaking English. It kinda makes me mad that if you're going to a new region atleast learn how to say gank, group, etc in there main language instead of having 2 spanish players talking to each other and not communicating to the rest of the team. 2. People who troll or lock in a champion just for breaking the meta. I would go Yasuo adc and trundle bot but people wont get the fact that breaking the meta is allowed. Riot atleast put a message saying that breaking the meta is allowed and if the person gets there lane then they have that lane. And 3. People who have no idea how to use masteries. Ive been matched with so many people who dont even know how to use runes or masteries and they end up losing lane cause of it. Make a tutorial on how to use it so people know about it.
