Malzahar ult is bugged.
I saw my team mate ult a zed and he was able to use spells and auto attacks on malzahar.

This doesn't necessarily mean a bug, malz can cancel his ult which stops the suppression. After looking up the game I don't see a scimitar (which results in malz ult suppression stop but not the damage) so unless he sold that isn't that problem. Just a hunch but I assume he probably ulted at max range then tried to ignite or something (ignite range is shorter than ulti so it'd cancel his ult as he tries to move in to use it)
