How to stop AFKS in rank

Make it were if a player leaves and doesn't come back in 5 minutes everyone has an option to leave and at the end no one wins any thing or loses any thing besides the afk. And people can abuse it which is true but we make Leaver buster harsher. This option should only be allowed in rank. If you disconnect and don't come back in 5 minutes for the first time it's free and you get a warning. You do it again it's a 10 minute timer for every 5 games. Do it again it's 20 minutes every 5 games. Then you do it for the 3rd time you get a day banned and you go down a division and it just goes on. People can't really abuse it since they only get 1 warning and the punishments are way harsher then the usual. What do you guys think about it? Is it better or no?
