Alistar's heal is actually 1/4 of it's normal effectiveness. It's normally half on allies, but ARAM makes team heals cut in half. Can we fix that or will it stay virtually useless?
I want my cow to do more than knock up and tank everything. He needs to help allies a bit more.
It is nearly always off cooldown because minions will always die nearby due to the one lane. Its half the healing but essentially almost half the cooldown
Well as much as I'd like to see Ali buffed since he's one of my favorite ARAM champs, I feel like he's already very strong on that map. That ult alone let's you soak up a ridiculous amount of damage turning you into a lightning rod for your team. Improved heals might make him a little too powerful I think.
