Why aren't people playing Caitlyn much?

Hello Boards people. I am a Silver 3 (S4 gold 4 player) who is a caitlyn Main? Rather enthusiast. With the Proper's out of the way lets get to why I am here.

My question is simple. I see a lot of Pro players not picking Caitlyn in many games. And even less in LCS/Competitive. So why aren't pro's or Higher level players picking her over say Jinx or Lucian?

Her kit is strong. Her early game is IMO one of the best for AD's. She has decent poke, good scaling on her abilities, and the highest Base auto Range of any AD in the game. So either I am missing something or the pro's just don't like her. I have asked a few with no response. Hoping someone in Challenger/Master tier can help me figure this out.

Her main power comes from her ability to be a lane bully and push out the opposing ADC. She does this incredibly well and should win almost all lane match ups in a 2v2 if she plays correctly. Once she reaches late game she also does pretty well, but she has a drop in power in the mid game because she needs items to hurt.

Her flaw is that her dominance earlier in the game comes from keeping the other ADC down. If they are still able to farm or go even in CS, they are "winning" the lane. Also in LCS/Competitive there are a lot of lane swaps where she isn't able to exert her power in the early laning phase (1-5). A lot of the times when they switch back to normal 2v2 lanes, the ADC's are around level 6-7 with the supports around 3-4. The ADC's having their ultimates as well as being higher levels often make it so they can handle a Caitlyn lane. Also her mid game isn't as spectacular compared to a lot of other ADC's because those ADC's can often kill her in a straight 1v1 and/or will start scaling harder then her into the late game. There isn't much point in picking her when you can pick a superior late game ADC such as Jinx or Kog and hyperscale harder into the late game.

Also her range is greater only at level one. At 18, Trist, Jinx(w/ Q), Twitch(with R), and Kog(w/ W) all have greater range then Cait.

Caitlyn simply isnt the lanebully she once was, there are save hypercarries in the game right now ( jinx is one for example). A lot of new ad carries that can survive the laningphase and are scaling good into mid and lategame exist, she doesnt punish enough anymore to play her because her midgame is trash.

Because her ability to push the enemy out wasn't THAT strong. It did give her an edge.

Over the past couple seasons snowballing has gone through a lot of adjustments. All of which hurt her.

Supports also changed quite a bit since she was popular. Now they get tankier, CCier and richer. Before she could push both the ADC and support out. Now the support just dives her for getting too close and the ADC dashes in to finish her off with their better steroids/burst.

All ADC's are strong late game and she still has a good bit of safety with her net, range and well placed traps. But all she really has is her ability to right click outside of that.

She used to be a top pick for some time last season - people were playing only Lucian and Cait. Later Trist and Twitch were the new op.

I only pick her against champs that are extremely succeptable to her kit, like Corki, Lucian, Ezreal or Graves, she can do pretty well against these even during lategame given equal ammounts of gold because of the way her kit is set up.

She is listed as a counter to Vayne on several sites but using her a counterpick to Vayne imo is like playing a lottery, either you and your sup manage to keep Vayne down all game which isn't probably, or Vayne plays safe and outscales you, or simply roams and gimps other lanes, very probable. So I've learned my lesson and don't use her against Vayne anymore.
