He is a good support and doesn't need buffs or nerfs. The only thing i would POSSIBLY consider changing about his kit is the cooldown on his E. Maybe extend it a little bit. 10 minutes into the game and if he has a kindlegem, that shield is up in no time.
The big problem with TK right now is using W on allies. The CD on it should be tripled if used on allies. He can save members of his team all teamfight and makes him WAY OP. Winning lane or a teamfight against a good TK is pretty much impossible.
i think the shield should not be for all the grey health, he just waits till he gets low and has a full hp bar for another 5 seconds. that is broken honestly
