Suggestion for improving bad behavior/trolls

When a player is reported enough times within a limited time-span, they should get a temporary pregame border that distinguishes them. This would serve 2 purposes:

1.) players with this border would not be allowed to duo-queue

2.) other players could vote 4/4 in the pregame lobby to replace that player and re-queue without penalty.

Honor given to that player post-game would reduce the duration of the border, or help prevent getting the border. If the player continues to receive reports and be removed from pregame lobby's then they will be under review in tribunal and possibly temporarily banned.

I could see this being cool for Ranked. Or just a report option in the Pre-Game lobby. Although this would be way too oppressive in normals.

They could even get the boarder duration reduced by playing ARAM and Normals and receiving honor.

It would be interesting to see them implement a "Bad Teamate", "Meanie", "Bad Leader" badge system like they have for honor.

This effectively functions as a permanent ban from everything but 5 man premades since anybody who sees that banner in champion select is going to immediately vote to kick that player. Of course, because they'll be getting instakicked from every lobby they try to join, they'll soon trigger a tribunal investigation under your system, just for attempting to play games.

Since it doesn't create any community improvement nor serve any purpose that the current tribunal system doesn't serve, I'm going to file this in the "waste of effort" pile.

I like it, we at least need something. Riot isn't doing anything with tribunal it seems... it's been down forever. The worst part about people pulling that "mid or feed" bullsh!t is that if they don't get their pick they'll troll pick hoping that someone else dodges. It's an extremely toxic situation :/

No punishment should be applied based only on how many reports someone has. That's the reason there is a procedure when banning someone. Just immagine you get paired with trolls 3 times in a row that report you for no reason, then you have a border saying anyone that you are the troll. Of course that doesn't happen every game, but it happens sometimes.

In low elos people legit get reported by 3 or 4 people for simply being bad when it is out of their control. This border has to specifically be for toxic players instead of the noob traps like intentionally feeding, refusing to communicate, assisting enemy team.
