Various item ideas

I have a few suggestions for possible improvements to items, generally aimed at late game:

Add the ability to enhance any tier 3 item, possible enhancements: +25% all stats on this item -25% cooldown on this item's active +20 move speed

These enhancements would probably cost a lot just to enforce the idea that you should have a full build before you start buying them.

Another suggestion I have is adding another item slot next to the trinket slot for boots only. There are very few cases in league of legends where you will not purchase boots, making them unique.
