ADC Items

The last set of ADC items changes was listed as an improvement for ADCs but they look and feel more like a nerf. You lose 10 AD on Infinity Edge and 5% true dmg for 200 gold. That gold cost decrease isn't worth it and IE isn't an early game item.

Whats gets me the most is the player loses a lot more dmg and ability than the gold cost reduction, so yeah not a buff.

The Storm Razor isn't even an ADC item. It's clearly a late game AD mage item that ADCs can pick up for an early game dmg spike and then sell later.

Mercurial Saber hardly gets used...

Overall these changes to Infinity Edge, Mercurial Saber and Storm Razor feel lame and undermining without helping anyone.

i take lord dominiks over storm razor.. the armor pen + I.E.'s true damage allows me to kill more people.. plus it does around 20 more damage in general stormrazor is good early game before you have 100% crit, but it falls off mid-late game.. except on jhin, because it gives him extra crits which he cant usually get. plus the first crit it gives isnt even full damage.. having 2 zeal items+ I.E. is actually more damage on the first hit.. i like bloodthirster also, with a BOTRK. you lose the extra armor pen but gain the shield and bonus lifesteal.. if i dont have any tanks to deal with that or mercurial are my go to.
