Can we get an official post on these two Skins if they will be available to buy(which they shoud clearly not: Black Alistar/Young Ryze) so we dont need 100 Threads on that Topic?

I read on Twitter that someone said Silver Kayle will not be available due to "legal reasons," but Judgement Kayle is still up in the air.
