Riot on Kalye VFX Changes

"While it's true we have done this in the past, we have been asked to stop doing this because it creates confusing expectations about what should or shouldn't be included in the different skin price tiers, which is why we didn't do this for Ezreal or K/M and won't be doing it on VGUs going forward. I know it sux :( We are going to be recoloring Exiled Morgana because she is a 975 and falls under the category of "Looks really bad with base VFX"

Can we still please Change the Color of her Spells on Judgement and Silver Kayle. If the requirement is "looking bad":

Judgement can totally use darker Colors instead of Gold. Same for Silver Kayle, give her that silverish/coldblue Color on her spells.

No extra particles or effects, only Color Change. They even dont fit a Price category because they never were for sale and are somewhat Special.
