Is Lucian viable at the moment?
He looks like a really interesting champion and adc but everyone tells me he’s trash atm.

I would wait until the mid season changes to bot lane hopefully riot actually looks into helping Lucian to be a decent pick as a adc. The problem with Lucian is that he doesn’t offer much and riot pushing crit Lucian is a bad cause he is only 500 range. Also, his identity was suppose to be a early to mid game adc caster. I would say Lucian mid is closer to being a decent pick than Lucian ADC.
