Nerf Illaoi
It's about her E which is really annoying to play against. Could removing the effect of spawning tentacles be ideal for this? Since being slowed by running away is just enough? (sorry for my bad English)

Illaoi is proof riot doesn't play test their champions. It doesn't matter if she's 'balanced' she is so unfun to fight.
And someone at riot had the great idea of removing counterplay from her the last time she was updated.
its a skillshot just like any other. its actually on the slower side. just dodge it or punish her
You would not like that. a TON of her kits Power Points are in her E and so they would have to move it to something else.
The issue with Illaoi is that "Running away" is all you have to do ever. Mobile champs do well vs her and she is STUPID ez to kite.
Her E is her only way to do damage to someone who runs and her E is STUPID CRAZY EZ to dodge... Like you dont even need boots to dodge it
