All the issues with the CLIENT that I'm having rn

-Client takes forever to load each of its components (friend list, play button, etc.).

-Zero champ

-Zero chroma

-Can not equip skin (mine is karthus lightsbane, it still displayed as I owned the skin)

-"a password is required to join this room" keeps popping up.

-Preferred slot for support items is not available.

-Can not see items' details while hovering over in "Items".

welcome to riot games. we killed off the functional legacy client which gave no issues, and shipped out this spaghetti.

what did you try to resolve it?

did you try the "initiate full repair" in settings? did you try reinstall?
