shit happens.. usually when i see this kinda stuff i dodge and take a 5 lp loss rather than a 13 lp loss.. sitn much else to be done other than picking a team of your own

If you play a hundred games, and have a 50% win rate, the chances of you having a streak of eight games with the same outcome is 16.992%.

I had a 14 ranked loss streak a months ago... shit happens but sooner or later your MMR will drop enough to play vs worse player for easier wins :)

I've been told to just stop playing Ranked for the day if I lose 2-3 games in a row. Sounds about right because this is ridiculous and being on tilt isn't fun...I have Silver MMR because I fucked up and decided to be: "Hey, let's see how far I can go in placements!" two days before the season ended.

They would rather focus on new content than fix what's already existing and clearly broken. The fact that people know Dynamic Queue is being abused and they haven't solved that shows what their priorities are.

Most of the time I'm not farming because I'm trying to help the team. Roaming makes me lose CS but I often get kills out of doing that. Either way, that's not the cause of my losses, lmao.

You're quick to judge me based on my previous games which I clearly stated I was tilted. Yet, you don't bother to point out people dying ten times in twenty minutes. Don't expect me to have a peaceful lane when people keep coming to mine or I'm forced to leave and try to help the lanes which are behind. That farm will do nothing when the enemy is fed, roflmao.

No, i judge only the fact that you blame your team:). You suck too, why blame them? for not carrying you? Make 100 cs before the 30 min mark,after that, you can talk:).

You must have had very huge lucky streak before.

Matchmaker just HAS TO have some kind of mechanism, where it first puts you with players with your skill +/-. And once you get those few kills matchmaker goes 'GASP GOTTA BALANCE THIS, BRONZE 6 TEAM THERE U GO" and then you get shit like support Yi or ADC Bard.

I have overall 9k games in LoL and I am 99,9% certain.

Not really, though? The maximum amount of games I've won in a row are around five. Seems kind of bullshit that the system goes "Oh, you've won too much. Time to lose!" but I never seem to go insane amounts of wins in a row where I can climb an entire division. Being demoted an entire division? Riot thinks that's okay!

I reach a point where I can't afford to lose or I get demoted but that doesn't stop Riot from letting people pick whatever they want during champion select. Seriously --- there should be a way to majority vote and kick a player out of the queue if we believe they are trolling...but oh well, guess that's not one of Riot's priorities.

You don't have to have insane lucky streaks.

Just 1 lucky win is counted as lucky streak of wins of this year.

And then you are fked for few games with shoes and socks instead of players..

I think this game has a long way to go in terms of balance when it comes to Ranked. I would blame how easier it is to make smurf accounts now but that's been an issue for ages. Between the overpowered AD items completely melting anybody who tries to build tank, to the way Dynamic Queue can be abused...this game just seems like it has had better days. Kind of sad I decided to play Ranked...Had I known it was going to be like this I would have tried to keep my sanity intact and just played normals...

It's rough sometimes, but have faith that statistically you are likely to have a 8 game win streak in which you bounce back (or you may have had one previously and now you're just back to 'normal').

Theres definitely a negativity bias where the loss streaks stand out more than the win streaks in our memories but if you actually keep at it and go through your games history after play a few dozen more games, finding the win streaks that 'balance' the loss streaks is usually possible.

I'm wondering if I can be blessed with that amount of luck to actually win eight games in a row. Seems unlikely, in all honesty. The amount of games that I've won or lost shouldn't affect the balance. If it was meant to be fair then I'd be winning and losing an equal amount and become static; not lose so much in a row and when it comes to winning, I have three or four games in a row. Seems like some bullshit but oh well, complaining clearly does nothing since Riot doesn't give a shit about the state of Dynamic Queue...

No, no. There are people that actually think they can out preform the enemy laners with picks like that. You can browse the forums for a bit and you'll see these people from time to time. "AD LeBlanc support is so OP!" and I don't think there's anything Riot can do. They don't know any better.

I mean people do win with these picks occasionally, I've been in games with picks like that and we've won, but only because of things like an AFK or an extremely fed traditional carry.

My advice is to try to leave the lobbies where people do that. Losing 3 LP vs losing 15+ LP is a no brainer.

I should have dodged but I also should have called it a day after losing two games. Continued to play with hopes that I could win and ended up being demoted and just fucking up all of the progress I had made through-out the week. Kind of sad that it always seems to happen on my side and I don't see the enemy team pick something like "ADC Cho'Gath" during my Ranked games...I have the shittiest luck, it seems.
