Quinn's Tuneup
Two things: 1. I believe that Quinn's passive needs a tuneup. If her passive triggers while a basic attack is mid air, it should still activate the passive. I mean, valor marked that target at that time for a reason. Another thing that would be nice is if you activate her passive using E, the cooldown on your passive should not restart again. I use her E to get another mark, not to restart my already available passive. Yes, I know there is a technique in using her E and her passive, but I feel that her E should do a bit more with the passive then just mark the selected target (and slow and interrupt lol).
- Her ult. What does it do? Puts you in combat distance of everyone, and only to give you the same cooldowns as Quinn with no escape. The idea behind her ult is great! But she should have more than just movement speed when you level up her ult. If it is just movement speed, then keep it very high so you can actually disengage when you want to. That, and reset the cooldowns when changing forms.
