Why do you hate good matchmaking?

Played three games today, all of which my team was silver/bronze while the enemy team's lowest was high silver. How am I suppose to perform well in those conditions? This is no way to measure rank against peers, because I am not playing with peers, only against. Fix the matchmaking, otherwise it does not matter what que you have or get rid of, every game will be a horrendous experience.
