No mid or late game anymore

Every game I have played is seemingly decided by the laning phase, and if you are ahead there is no reason to want to end the laning phase as you can just keep pushing tier 2 towers. If your ahead then you are waaaayyyy ahead. If your behind then there is little to no room for counter play and many times you sit there trying to figure out how you died so quickly.

The current league is a little too frustrating; Hope they fix some of the issues as I don't feel its competitive as it once was.
