[Gameplay] Shyvanna canceling Ivern's rootcaller snare ability

I played a shyvanna game last night and was snared by Ivern's rootcaller. I do not know what level the ability is so I am unsure of the intended duration of the abilities snare, was somewhat late game though. I am unfamiliar with Ivern, but as soon as the ability hit activating shyvanna's ult canceled the ability immediately. It may be possible, not sure if intended that the shyvanna ult was a fraction of a second before the snare landed and during the distance traveled with shyvanna's ult that the duration on the rootcaller already elapsed making it seem that it never happened. I will check a replay of the game later on replay.gg when I have time to confirm the interaction.
