Increase TF's Cooldowns or at least his Pick a Card.

OK this is annoying the piss out of me for a while. TF has the LOWEST cooldown stun at level 1. 6 seconds. Why does TF get a 6 second stun that lasts 1 second at rank 1. I find that almost obsured since I can't recall any champ who can literally stun lock you just off 1 spell. 40% cdr Rank 5 W. 4.5 second CD, 2 second stun. So every time he stuns all he has to do is walk towards you enough so when you get out he can almost insta stun you again.

He also does pretty low damage as a mage, and his gold card does the least damage out of all his cards.

Yes but small amount add up quickly. especially when 2 abilities can stack. E+W can stack. So 3 auto's. W pick gold have E proc as well. Q, wait 3-4 auto 3 times Wait .5 seconds W pick gold have E proc Q. small amounts add quick. From just that with 100 ap and say 100 AD (to make for easy calculations. 2:30 am I don't wanna do math) level 9 BTW so Max Q, 2 in W, 1 E/R which is Q- 325 W 173 E 105 = 543. Factor in maybe 60 MR at most, and you drop 80 points. So 463 damage. Now you can get that rotation off twice in about 5 seconds (4 if you rushed 20% cdr) and the stun lasts 1.25s. So By the time the stun ends you are already at 3 stacks or close and W/Q is about off CD as well. So you Rotate again W+E stack and Q. Either brings them low enough the auto attacks finish them off, after or another Q will. That at the Minimum 926 dmg and max is 1086.

So you can see how that small amount TF does adds quickly. Level 9 TF if Max W is even worse to deal with as The W/E>Q becomes almost a perma stun due to the Stun lasting 2 seconds and the cooldown with 20% making it 4.5 Seconds. thats 2 seconds of time to run/Flash. If the TF has ghost, well you are screwed either way. Level 9 Uses Ult and well yeah no running.

See what I mean. He is an annoyance and can do a good amount of damage at Level 9 even with Low base values. His Scaling never dips below 50%.

If he stun-locks you he's going to go OOM really, really fast. It's also really stupid for a TF to only use a Yellow Card. Blue and Red are each just as useful, depending on the situation, so they're gimping themselves if they only use Yellow.

His stun requires him to get within auto attack range, mages and assassins typically possess abilities with longer range which makes his Gold card more often a zoning tool than anything. Add to that his burst is pretty lack luster and costly and will force him to spend the next minute farming with Blue card if he tried the combo more than twice.
