What ad champ has the most dps?

1v1 Draven teamfight cait Vayne doesnt have the highest but on return she cant be contered by Armor unlike the other two.

I think 1 on 1 it's Draven. Under certain circumstances, twitch with a well positioned ult can destroy an entire team.

Draven is technically supposed to be the highest dps in game, but that's only if you can catch your axes otherwise I'd say it's between Twitch, Vayne or Kog'maw.

It's dependent on a lot of things. If you're looking for single hit highest damage, Draven will win. If you're asking who can get lucky the most in 3 hits; that would be Cait. Vayne is a good mix of both and can facilitate a burst damage build or a sustained one.

But twitch w/ poison and jinx w/ rockets + cranks out the damage if ignored in a teamfight.

Not really something that is measurable (or matters) in league. A lot depends on what they are fighting and situational cooldowns, and "attacking a wall" dps will never be closely related to real dps.

As far as attacking a wall (or baron), probably draven.
