My Thoughts on the Current Rune System

Ok this might end up being a long post, but i think its worth a read at least. We can look at the need for change to the runes in 3 categories: Mild, Moderate and Severe. Riot will likely only make mild changes to the runes meaning buffing/nerf/replace. What we need is at least a moderate change meaning all of the mild changes plus an additional 3rd section after secondary runes for choosing your adaptive stats. I say have 2 rows one for offensive and the other defensive. Row One: AD, AP, Att Spd, Health Row Two: AR, MR, Health(cant stack twice tanks might want health and defense) 4th option in the row being SLIGHTLY more offensive stat you chose for taking no defense)

Severe change would be returning to the old rune system which i kinda would like if im honest.

My ideas for some rune trees

Sorcery: remove Comet add Thunderlords( lower dmg and cd than Electrocute) and a Dot keystone( after 3 seconds of dmg from the same ability burn the champion for 20-100 plus 10% ap or something not a numbers guy)

First row: Mana Band, Absolute Focus(buffed to above 60%), Null orb(buffed stronger shield AP and AD)

This row represents how you want to lane: scale/poke, aggro, defensive

Second row: (stat stick row) Celerity, Transcendence, new rune (for small amount of M Pen)

Third Row: Scorch, Waterwalking, Gathering Storm

Represents how you want to scale. Lane bully, roam or scale for late.

Post is long so i'll cut it here but if you wanna hear my ideas for other trees let me know.
