@Riot: New starting items should be based on your runes.

You guys recently said that you were putting off looking at making new starting items to concentrate your attention on Runes Reforged. Why not make what starting items are available to you based off your primary and secondary rune paths? For example: Precision/Domination would allow you to purchase a starting item with a small amount of attack speed and a small amount of adaptive penetration, Precision/Sorcery would give you a small amount of attack speed and either AP or AD adaptively, etc. etc. Maybe make them slightly weaker niche items with quests so they don't become so irrelevant come mid/late game and keep the Doran's items for decent generalist starting options.

Just some suggestions I think would be cool and would allow for a lot more champion diversity with the new rune system.
