Can anyone give me tips on how to lane as Azir vs certain champs?

The first three are all primarily Burst champions. It wouldn't be a dumb move to afford any items that grant Health or Magic Resist early on.

Kayle on the other hand you need to fight with Flat AP and Flat Penetration bonuses to burst her as fast as possible.

While almost all three champions stat check Azir in the areas they are strong, Azir outranges all of them. Be aware of your maximum range with good Q positioning, and take advantage of fighting your enemies from as far away as possible.

Watch enemy cooldowns. Viktor his laser, Ahri her Q and/or her E, Fizz his E, or Kayle her E in the early game. The moment those abilities are down are when these champs are at their weakest, and initiating a trade at this time is almost always favorable for you.
