Interesting question regarding Mordekaiser's "Curse"
So... Of course I've seen the gameplay update for juggernauts and looked at Morde's kit. There is something... I wanna know. Sounds mysterious? Don't know. Here's the thing:
As a friend of mine and me discussed several aspects about the changes, we saw something unclear. > Dragon Force: Dealing damage to the Dragon curses it. If Mordekaiser’s team kills a cursed target, Mordekaiser gets a ghost of that target.
"Okay Squall, how in the Shadow Isles is this unclear?" Good question! Let's see.
If Morde attacks the dragon it get's "cursed", kinda like marked. No matter who is killing the dragon, Morde can control him. Now to the second part of his ability.
> If Mordekaiser’s team kills a cursed target, Mordekaiser gets a ghost of that target.
Waaaaait a second, the first part said dragon, not any target. That in turn would mean, that his Ult also "curses" the enemy. (No **** Sherlock)
Is there a contradiction to something as we know? No? Well, I see one.
Controlling 2 Ghosts at the same time
That sounds complicated and kinda buggy if not stressful to implement without looking awkward ingame.
Maybe there is... another aspect? Let's see, what could happen if Morde controls the dragon **AND **an enemy?
1.: The dragon despawns 2.: The dragon overrides any cursed enemy because priority reasons or the despawn-cooldown of the dragon gets a reset 3.: The enemy rides the dragon (Nope, you're not on Teemo Shrooms. I actually wrote that) 4.: The dragon gets empowered from the cursed enemy
Okay let's talk about it.
> 1.: The dragon despawns
Could be possible but srsly... Who would want that? Maybe if the poor dragon explodes in the middle of a teamfight because your cursed target wants to follow his master but even then I would personally prefer lil' dragarooni. Nontheless, it's still a (sad) possibility.
> 2.: The dragon overrides any cursed enemy because priority reasons or the despawn-cooldown of the dragon gets a reset
That's also very possible, especially if the despawner gets a reset. But what if you wanted the damage of that nasty marksman? Well, gotta teach your dragon to equip an
.
> 3.: The enemy rides the dragon
As stupid as it sounds: It's POSSIBLE to clip the champion's idle-animation on top of your pet. On the other hand, imagine a 6-Stacked Cho'Gath with a certain elixir, standing on the dragon, doing... well... nothing except waving his hands/arms/claws/teemonators? So let's scrap that.
> 4.: The dragon gets empowered from the cursed enemy
THAT. THAT would be a nice addition to mechanics. Imagine your dragon gets HP equal to the HP of the tank you just killed with your ult. Or how about fast fireballs because your marksman bought some attack speed? Oh sorry, what was that? Movementspeed-
?
GOTTA FLY FAST!
Hmm, 3 possibilites arised. It still seems that the 4th option got the best ways for Mordekaiser to decide who shall ~~assist ~~follow him and which playstyle he prefers. Not to mention it is unique to gameplay and it lasts just 30 seconds PLUS you have to get the dragon aswell. Counterplay is there, right in front of you.
So Riot, what have you got for us? O.O
tl; dr:
Secret Boss
: RUN, RUN! Your Carry is gone!
Thanks for your time. Have you got some ideas as well how this will be handled? Any questions regarding my questions (lol)?
*As a little extra, the friend of mine which i mentioned above started playing League some years ago with Mordekaiser and he still mains him. And yeah, what should I say. See for yourself:

Thank you Riot that I could see his reaction!
