Aint we getting a little to bit much damage bonuses??
I dont mind heavy hitting champs like Assassins or Bruiser, thats their role, but look at the new masteries, Double edge increased to %5, Fresh Blood empower basic attacks, Bounty Hunter is now 1.5-7.5%, Greenfather's Gift does % damage based on health. Etc.
aside from the obvious power spike on all offensive champs, squishy champs have less opportunity to work around.
And everyone's favorite to hate: Champs with high mobility/ utility kit that are able to build Tank items rather than offensive and still drops tons of damage (looking at you
